Size & cake type

• 9" round, quarter / half / full sheet — white, chocolate, marble or carrot.

Icing & filling

• Buttercream, cream cheese, ganache, fudge and more, with fillings from lemon and raspberry to tiramisu and tres leches.

Wording on the cake

• Exactly as you want it piped, so nothing is lost in translation.

Decorating theme

• Spring flowers, balloons, confetti, sports, graduation, baby shower, southwestern and others.

Colors

• Flower, lettering and border colors, plus a full decoration colour chart.
